  • What areas do you serve?AirPro services most of Eastern Arkansas, centralizing in the West
    Memphis and Marion areas.
  • How long have you been in business?AirPro Heating and Air, LLC was established in 2007.
  • How much experience do you have?AirPro’s skilled technicians have more than 15 years of experience with residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
  • Are you family owned?Yes, we are!
  • Are you licensed?AirPro Heating and Air, LLC is licensed by, and in good standings with, the State of Arkansas.
  • Are you bonded and insured?Yes! AirPro is licensed, bonded, and insured.
  • Do you provide same-day service?One of our main goals is to provide you with the quickest response time possible. However, we can’t always guarantee same-day service, especially during the summer time.
  • What are your regular hours? 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday. However, our hours may be adjusted to meet seasonal demands.
  • Do you provide after-hours service?Yes, in some cases.
  • Do you charge extra after hours?Yes
  • Do I need to be home at the time of service?In most cases, you will need to be home at the time of service. Having access to the inside of your home is required for most jobs.
  • Do you service all brands?Yes! AirPro can service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment.
  • Do you carry parts on your truck?While it’s impossible to carry everything on our service vehicles, we do try to stock the most common parts. This way we can get your problem fixed in the shortest amount of time possible!
  • How long will I have to wait if you don’t have the part?The waiting time will vary; depending on the part itself, the brand of equipment, and even the season of the year. In most cases, you can expect to wait anywhere from 1 day to several weeks, or longer in extreme cases.
  • How much is a service call? (i.e.,how much to show up?)To find out the current cost of a service call, please see our Service Calls page.
  • Will you quote me a price in advance?Yes! Once your problem has been diagnosed AirPro will always provide you with a cost prior to doing the work. Please note that a service call charge or a diagnostics fee may apply!
